You acknowledge that the Content generated by the Service is created by artificial intelligence systems. Due to the probabilistic nature of AI:

• Output may not always be unique and other users may receive similar content.
• The Service may occasionally generate incorrect, offensive, or inappropriate content that does not represent our views.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any generated Content.

4. User Conduct and Content Policy

You are responsible for the inputs you provide to the Service. You agree NOT to use the Service to generate content that:

• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene.
• Promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or harassment.
• Depicts real persons in a defamatory or misleading way (deepfakes).

6. Credits and Payments

Some features of the Service may require the purchase of credits. Credits are non-refundable and have no currency value outside the Service. We reserve the right to change our pricing and credit policies at any time.
